Indiana Internet of Things

On Nov 18, 2019, a meeting was held with Indiana Internet of Things (IoT) Lab Fishers with Mr. Jason Pennington, Executive Director of IoT.

The Indiana
Internet of Things (IoT) Lab builds connections between established Indiana
industries and local tech companies specializing in IoT. Indiana IoT Lab is a
place where small agile teams and innovators have access to resources to make
their ideas come to life. IoT Lab offers pioneers in IoT technology resources
in one collaborative environment.

A meeting and tour of IoT focused on Indiana’s private sector efforts to promote cyber security and Indiana’s Cyber security Strategic Plan. The discussions revolved around public – private information sharing and data protection efforts, as well as strategies to collaborate to counter cyber threats. Multiple companies and startups share office space at IoT and will share perspective about their cross-collaborative efforts. This was amazing thing that was perceived today. It looked like and innovation center or research center in the field of IoT.
